Checking online using the Sports Clips App. It is very convenient. After arriving on time and waiting an additional 10 minutes my name comes up on deck. The stylists friend comes in with her child so boom just like that I’m bumped another 22 minutes in line. The team members are normally very courteous and professional. Just a very disappointing experience tonight. No cut tonight.
